Are these products vegan?

No. They are natural ingredients from nature but not all are vegan. For example, we use beeswax in our balms.

What makes us different?

We combine healing with natural perfumery. We use pure, natural, uncut essential oils & extracts to create balms and soaps that are therapeutic and smell great. Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure you get the freshest product at its fullest benefits. This would translate to higher costing but we would never compensate quality over quantity.

When is the expiry date of these products?

We give a shelf life of 1 year from the time you receive them. We use fresh natural extracts that sometimes may give off subtle differences, this is due to the fact that they are extracted and distilled at different times of the year.

Do you use colouring on your products?

Yes we do use Mica powders in our soaps. Mica has been used for centuries as a pigment and coloring in makeup and cosmetics, and is generally considered a safe and natural ingredient.

Do your products come in different sizes?

As of right now, we are sticking to the current size as it is optimal for portability, whether travelling in and out of the country. Basically, these packaging were made so that these balms and soaps can be brought everywhere so that it’s always with you if you ever need them. We provided the resealable mylar waterproof ziplock bags for the soaps so that it can be reinserted back into the bags after using them and they lock tight so you dont have to worry about leakage.

What are the delivery charges?

Free local shipping for all orders above $40, $4 mailing fee for anything below that. Local Couriers are available at $8 per address. International orders are welcomed.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Paypal/Stripe, major credit/debit cards & bank transfer.

How long will delivery take?

For local mailing, it will take one working day to process the order. The order will arrive in 2 or 3 working days. All orders are mailed out via SingPost unless otherwise stated. For international orders, we ship via DHL & Singpost and timing will vary.

How secure is shopping on Ambara Zahrah?

During the checkout process, you will be directed to the PayPal/Stripe site where you will then be prompted to enter your payment details.

PayPal/Stripe protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal/Stripe, your financial information will not be shared. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.

Can i return orders?

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective.
